Heritage Chester is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to promoting, preserving and inspiring appreciation for Chester's unparalleled heritage.
From Roman foundations to modern innovations, we celebrate the stories, places and people that have shaped our distinctive city through the centuries.
Our flagship initiative, Chester Heritage Festival, transforms the city for two vibrant weeks each year with a carefully curated programme of walks, talks, workshops, films and performances.
We are the creators of Rowvember - a month long celebration of Chester's unique two-tiered, medieval galleries, and we are the hosts for the national initiative, Heritage Open Days, in Chester
