About the Event

Drop in for a fun free family trip to Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse on Saturday 20th September from 2-4.30pm.


Set within the old Northwich Union Workhouse building, the displays at Weaver Hall Museum now explore the history of the workhouse and those who lived there, along with Northwich’s industries such as boatbuilding, chemicals and salt mining. There are also galleries exploring archaeology, transport and local history.


Enjoy free admission to the Museum on Saturday 20th September 2-4.30pm only. The building will be open as usual throughout Heritage Open Days but Museum charges will apply.
