About the Event

Drop in to St. Werburgh's Church porch and chat to our expert stationed there about the vibrant stained glass of Chester artist Trena Cox on Wednesday 17 September from 1pm-3pm.


As part of your visit to St Werburgh’s Church, you have an opportunity to take a closer look at the stained glass that was created by Trena Cox at the height of her career in the 1930s. Aleta Doran, Project Lead for The Trena Cox Project and Emerita Artist in Residence at Chester Cathedral, will be on hand to describe the Cox windows, and answer questions about them.
