All Day at Grosvenor Museum (10:30am - 4:30pm) Travel back in time and meet a real-life gladiator and his trainer! Discover the fascinating world of ancient warriors - learn about their rigorous training regimes, specialised diets, brutal fights, and daily lives. Get up close with authentic equipment and hear captivating stories from the arena floor.

Join champion Amanda Wah for TWO exclusive workout sessions:

Exchange Square, Chester (11am - 12pm) Start your gladiator journey with an action-packed outdoor family workout session! Test your skills with Amanda's expert-led fun fitness activities outside Chester Market, followed by an exclusive meet and greet with the champion herself. The first 15 visitors will receive exclusive goodie bags!

Grosvenor Museum (1pm - 2pm) Can't make the morning session? Join Amanda inside the museum for another high-energy family workout. Put your gladiator skills to the test with fun fitness challenges, then meet the BBC Gladiators 2025 winner in person!

Both Exchange Square and The Grosvenor Museum are accessible. The active element is optional, you can also do a lower intensity or seated version.
